Shipping
All orders have a 48-72 hour processing time before they are shipped out. Shipping will be calculated at check out where you can choose standard or business shipping options.
Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already been processed or have gone out. The U.S. Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Audrey D. Candle Co. within 24 hours of delivery. Please email audreydcandleco@gmail.com
Payments
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal as a form of payment. We do not accept cash, check, bitcoin, or money orders.
Audrey D Candle Co. reserves the right to cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud.
Wholesale
We currently offer wholesale in our 4oz candle sizes only. Minimum quantity order of 25. If you are interested, or would like to place an order, please email us at audreydcandleco@gmail.com
Can I purchase candles in a store ?
We are currently online only. Look out for us at your local trade shows!
